Rental Minimum & Rules

    Incidental & Preservation Fee   A $150 refundable fee that is required to ensure the venue is returned in the condition it was rented minus any damages or fees associated with not being returned whole. The fee is due before access to the venue will be granted and will be returned within 5 business days.

    NO SMOKING  is allowed inside of the venue at Love Official ATL. A $250 fee will be assessed if the venue is found to have been smoked in. This includes hookah. Also, per property guidelines, smoking is only allowed 25 ft away from the building

     

    Alcohol     Any event which will have alcohol service must hire a licensed bartender to serve the alcohol. Love Official does offer bartenders at an additional cost 
    Security    Security is required for any event with 75 or more attendees 

     

    Rental Minimums

    • Weekday 2 hour minimum
    • Friday 5 hour minimum
    • Saturday and Sunday 6 hour minimum

    Bookings must end and vacate by 2AM

     

    Deposit & Payment

    A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to hold and book your date. The remaining balance is due 21 days before the date of your event.   If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, you must do so 21 days before the event, or all payment is forfeited. The non-refundable down payment can also be applied to a new venue rental date or DJ services, based on availability. This policy is implemented due to the fact that when a booking is created, the date/time is no longer available for Love Official to market in order to secure a replacement booking.
    If the event is over $2000 before the sanitation fee and refundable deposit & more than 60 days away, a payment plan is available. If a payment plan is agreed upon, a $500 deposit is due to secure the date.

    We will create a Wedding Payment Plan. Balance will be due 60 days before the wedding.

    Any person entering the premises waives all civil liability against this premises owner and operator for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity of the premises.
